Where can I serve at Jubilee?

Our ministry is built around Jubilee CREWS.
Our CREWS are made up of people who are Committed, Real, Equipped and Willing to Serve others in various capacities.  Here are a few areas to consider once you become a member of Jubilee.

OPPORTUNITIES TO SERVE

PARKING CREW

MINISTRY LEADER: Deacon Keven Robbins
Our parking crew plays an important role in our ministry.  Even though it does not require any special training, you will be the first person our visitors encounter when they enter our campus.  A sweet smile and warm greeting, can make new person feel welcome and at ease when they come to our services.  This job includes directing cars to parking spaces and providing umbrellas during bad weather days.

MEDIA CREW

MINISTRY LEADER: Josh Wilson
Our media crew provides an interactive experience for our in-house guests as well as our online viewers.  This crew manages sound, lighting, worship songs lyrics, announcements, and online streaming during services.  Training will be provided.

GATEKEEPER CREW

MINISTRY LEADER: Derek Lipscomb
Our gatekeeper crew is the start to building strong relationships with visitors and regular attendees.  You may be greeted at the front door or helping visitors find a seat in the sanctuary.  This team also assists with giving out visitor cards and taking up offerings.

HOSPITALITY CREW

MINISTRY LEADER: Deaconess Leah Smith
Our hospitality crew plays a big role during several events throughout the year.  They prepare,  cook, and serve food at events like our New Member's and Chosen Young Adult Luncheons as well as community events like Love JC through Summit Leadership.  They also help with set up and clean up of these events.

OUTREACH CREW

MINISTRY LEADERS: Elders Arthur &  Cindy Warner
Our outreach crew comes together each month to prepare lunches for the local Boys & Girls Club.   They also prepare food for Good Samaritan's Our Daily Bread 4-5 times a year.  Members of this crew provide food to the Juvenile Detention Center throughout the month, too.

OTHER CREWS

Some CREWS require you to be a member for at least 6 months to a year, foundational classes, and/or a background check.  These CREWS include: the Bookstore, Prayer Team, Praise Team, Musician, Performing Arts Team, and all areas of our Children's Ministry.  If you would like to know more about these ministries, please complete the volunteer signup form below.
