2023 Women's Conference Pastor Debra Hill

Pastor Debra Hill, is a woman of many talents and accomplishments. Raised in a small coal mining town in east Tennessee, Pastor Debra learned the value of community, good food, and enjoying the outdoors. With a love for summer and early fall, she enjoys hobbies like reading, cooking, and gardening organically. Pastor Debra earned multiple degrees and worked for over 31 years in various positions. As a charter member of Jubilee World Outreach, Pastor Debra has served as a pastor for over 30 years. Even in retirement, her dedication to finance has led her to work part-time at a non-profit.
